Great central spot to explore Mammoth Cave NP. Pros: Very dog friendly and even made friends with the next door cat, Callie, who greeted us daily. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking our meals. The provided folgers coffee was a perk I used however, if you prefer specialty coffee go to Ace Coffee down the road. The mattresses were very comfortable and the AC was efficient. Cons: The old laundry pipes had a strong odor (owner did answer and fixed the issue immediately). There is a large grate in between the rooms that is large enough to catch toes and a tripping hazard. The grill needs to be cleaned and/or a grill brush provided. The sheets in the bunk room were 100% polyester and plasticky to sleep on. Overall the price was right and all amenities were provided for a comfortable stay.
