King bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. Downstairs heater didn’t work on arrival, but owner was very accessible and responsive—was fixed in a short time. We were driving up to the property just after nightfall, and it was so gorgeous we thought for a second "...are we at the right place? This is ours?" The property is lovely, there were lights on outside we could see shining through the trees, and then we got inside and the living room took our breath away. Comfortable but modern, the Christmas tree was still up (we got there just after New Year's) and everything looked perfect. The beds are luxurious, the kitchen is super well appointed, the fireplace is excellent, the owner responded right away when we asked a question, and the only thing we had to do on our way out was throw the used towels in the bathtub. The front porch was great to sit and drink our coffee in the morning. In the evenings when we came back from Mammoth Cave and Bowling Green, we sat by the fire.
