Cathedral Village Vacation Packages

We could not sleep in the bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable on the one side, the other side was wavy like the springs where shot. Both of us tried to sleep for about 4 hours, finally we packed up and checked out. When we checked out we let the lady know how bad the bed was and all she said was "I'm sorry to hear that". Usually people would offer to change you rooms , give you a refund or at the very least offer a discount for future use. But we did not have any such things offered. Not very happy with our experience and will not be back.

It was a very nice room with everything we needed, but the buffet breakfast included with the room was not very good, and the coffee was really terrible! I would advise that they buy decent coffee, which always puts people in a good mood!

Room was recently renovated, main issue was complete lack of kitchenette amenities despite paid extra for a kitchenette. No cutting knives, kettle or toaster, one ragged face cloth sized tea towel, no paper towel. No chairs to sit at the island to eat, despite website description stating the island was meant for eating. I provided this feedback to management and was told no chairs was because of the recent renovation and that we should have called the front desk for kitchen amenities. Seriously, these are basic items - I should call down every time I discover something basic is missing? We did appreciate the full size fridge and the microwave was new/of good quality. Breakfast was VERY basic, very few healthy choices. My husband has strict dietary requirements which makes the kitchenette and breakfast choices very important to our stay.
