« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week. « We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. « This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint is with the housekeeping staff's attention to detail. Everything was clean, which is awesome. But little things, like seeing what supplies needed to be replenished - lotion, wash cloths, water bottles, etc., were lacking. Also, freshening up our room each day (we were there for 3 days) was mediocre... the bed was not remade (we had pulled up the sheets) - it still looked like someone had rolled around on it.
