"The staff was very helpful, gave us a lot of suggestions to local food and drinks. The location was brilliant, right next to downtown Carmel and 8min walk to beach. They also serve breakfast to your door around 8 am daily, which is delicious and has balanced ingredients. My only complaint is the soundproofing was poor, you can easily hear the voice in the next room. Fortunately everyone was mostly quiet during my stay."

The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...
