A huge thank you to K.D. Patel (General Manager) for looking after me during my stay, and to all your staff for your welcoming, friendly natures. It takes a village... My hotel room was clean and spacious. There is always a very positive vibe at this hotel, which I appreciate greatly. I will look forward to my next visit here. Cheers!

What a little gem! My husband and I will definitely be staying here again ❤️

Quiet and clean

We were in town for a quick weekend to catch a couple Giants games and chose to stay at LUMA due to its very close proximity to Oracle Park. Proximity to the ball park cannot be beat however know that traffic gets VERY busy in the area up to a couple hours before game time. We were often heading back to the hotel before game time so we got caught in traffic AND paid surge prices. Hotel was super clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, everything you’d expect when paying these prices. Really...

Great hotel with amazing customer service! Daily drink offering at 5pm was great! Location was perfect for our stay. Great coffee shop attached next door.

Loved the breakfast and happy hour!

All good

This is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed . Nice scent inside the hotel and rooms are spacious and clean . Staff are very friendly. We loved here so much !! 10 mins walk to Google , 4 mins walk to Starbucks . Parking is so easy . We’d definitely stay here again !!!!plus there was baby grant piano and my daughter enjoyed playing it for few days .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was well set up and delicious. Rooms very nice, modern, and clean. Great location if going to Chase Centre or to a baseball game. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent front service

Very clean, beautifully renovated with high-end products, comfortable bed, helpful staff, great location for sightseeing or for cruise travellers.

From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. Received a welcome bag with lots of goodies. The reception was very pleasant and efficient, room was clean and good sized, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choices.

Loved the hotel itself and how accessible different areas of the city are. We were forewarned about the noise as it is a busy part of downtown. I think it is unavoidable wherever you go but we felt a bit unsafe at night.

Great location, especially convenient to public transportation. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Newly renovated Very nice place to stay before going to San Francisco international airport. Free parking on site Lots of restaurants a short drive away

Clean room

I read the reviews before booking. Can confirm that this is very clean no frills motel that’s very close to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Manager is very friendly and accommodating.
