"I stayed for 3 weeks. My airconditioning in the room worked well, my shower was hot and had great water pressure, the buffet was almost always open if we were hungry and the staff was great. It isn't a high end hotel but I have no regrets about staying there. There is no evening entertainment, there are no stools at the bar to sit, they have limited activities, they run out of towels, but for the money it was worth it. Would i stay there again? No....I would pay a little more for a better place."

"No information was given during check in about activities, food, drinks and didn't get our spa discount or 200.00 resort credit. Swim up bar is way to small for the amount of people that want to use it. Adult pool is also too small. Water was always everywhere and the tile is so slippery I slipped and fell twice. All the service employees were great and friendly. Restaurant hours are not very accommodating nor the bars. Menu changes for lunch and snacks are needed. Food and drink availability should be from morning to midnight. No hot tubs. This is not what we were expecting from an all inclusive resort. A real let down."

"Villas Samna are in a idyllic garden setting in the midst of the jungle. The gardens are beautifully groomed. The hosts Marina, Diana, Blanca and Tanya are so warm and kind, making our stay delightful!"

"The property was in some disrepair. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained as well as we had expected. This included no hot water in one of the buildings. We also had to request someone to come clean the property, as it was dirty upon arrival. The owner obliged the following day.The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property is large, lush and private. Good location to beaches, as well as groceries and downtown. We made the best of it and the kids enjoyed our stay. "
