"This hotel was awesome, but the staff really made it for us! They went above and beyond every time. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. One of them ended up walking to the nearby police station to get an officer that came and opened it with a crowbar. They really were so helpful! The facilities were also super nice! The rooftop pool had a gorgeous view and was so relaxing! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay there again! (My only complaint is that our room didn’t have a mini fridge, but that was nothing compared to how awesome our stay was) "

"This hotel was the perfect short stay in Barcelona! It was spacious, clean, all staff were very friendly. As we checked in we were met with a smile (even at 11pm) and we asked for some recommendations, we were given a map and some very useful advice. The room was perfect, good size, comfortable bed and great A/C. The hotel had a restaurant and roof top which we didn’t use but looked great. We were able to store our luggage at check out until we were ready to head to the airport. Would definitely return!"
