The bonus about this place is the shuttle that takes you around the perimeter. The not so good was: The water of the pool was so cold my daughter could not use it .

Love the Clermont! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Located in Mid-Town Atlanta close to shops, restaurants, the beltline. Tiny Lou's in the hotel has great food and atmosphere and the bar lounge is great!

We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. The beds were honestly some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! And the shower was very nice and spacious. When we left, they gave my daughter the cutest little Phoenix Hotel bear, which was such a sweet touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and staff response time is so quickly

Solid breakfast if you are doing made to order omelette. Otherwise, it's your standard ho-hum continental breakfast. We booked a premium suite. Air/temperature problems throughout the stay. Very hot when we arrived. Air to 68 didn't move the temp. Called the front desk. They sent an engineer while we were out. They said he fixed it. We came back and room was same temp. Air still on 68. I called again and they sent the engineer up. He explained they couldn't fix it. He brought a fan. The fan didn't help much. Temperature went down to freezing outside - but room was still humid and hit. The view was great, but the temperature in the room was very disappointing. We won't be back.
