Casorbica-Salcotto Vacation Packages

We booked a quadruple room for 2 nights. When we arrived the young girl at the front desk checked us in and handed us the key. She didn't seem to speak any language, Italian or English! When we got to the room it had ONE bed! When we got back to the reception a guy told us that the shower is broken in the quadruple room and they are giving us the single room and another one for 3 people. Long story short we ended up separated into 2 rooms.... the windows were barely closing, shower was the smallest I have seen and the closet door is rubbing off the floor. The only good thing about the rooms was the location.

Great hotel in an amazing location with large spacious rooms and easy access to many key areas of Florence. Staff very very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)

Room was clean and bed was comfortable however windows weren't soundproof. Location is fantastic. Fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay including once in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic.

We had a most enjoyable relaxing three days by the beach following 14 travelling through Tuscany. The standards and service were exemplary, the staff are all levels were so professional and friendly. The breakfast could not be improved and with such a setting it was great. Very high standards for the evening meal and of course you pay a premium for this. Rooms were large and only 2 minutes from the beach where you have your own lounger allocated to you for the duration. First class venue, expensive in parts but worth it.
