The hotel was in a perfect location between the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. The breakfast was plentiful and respectful to conditions. We received a gift and the staff was very accommodating. My favorite hotel of our trip.

I would give 5 stars tothe hotel. Although the space may be small for some people but the hotel is renovated and modern. We are a family of 4 and found the accommodations to be adequate, the staff very friendly. I would definitely stay here again for many reasons. 1. Less than 5 minutes walk to the train station. 2. Central location. The Duomo and Ponte vecchio is a short walk. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door. 3. Very clean and modern facility although a tad bit small. But despite the size the other attributes trump that. 4. Very friendly staff. 5. Good breakfast and also free tea at 5 pm to 6 pm. It is very practical for people who want to walk from the station and keep expenses within range.
