"We couldn't have been happier celebrating our 50th anniversary at Casa Belvedere, including the casa and the lovely grounds. If we had any questions Irene immediately responded. We give this property a 10 rating! It's a true Tuscan farm experience that is also close to town. What a gem it is!"

"Staying here was amazing. We were in the heart of Cortona, which was so peaceful compared to busier areas of Italy. Very authentic. Sylvia made the entire stay wonderful. The hospitality here is unmatched. The food is delicious. The rooms are cute and the view...the view is stunning. I am so happy we decided to stay here!! I would 10/10 recommend. Taxis were hard to find, but Silvia drove us whenever we couldn't find a taxi. She is so friendly and welcoming. On top of that, we had a lovely breakfast buffet every morning. I enjoyed sitting outside looking at the view while eating. Their cappuccinos were fantastic, and the table is already set up before you arrive. Dinner is the same way. It's the little touches like that that made the stay top tier. They pay attention, get to know their guests, and genuinely love what they do. Also, the food was AMAZING. I love that they have their own bistro there and that we didn't have to plan where to go eat a couple of nights during our visit. It was easily my favorite restaurant in Italy. I cannot compliment Locanda Agli Amici enough, but especially Sylvia, who made the stay so warm and welcoming. I hope we get to visit again."

"Christine (the hostess) was very communicative and friendly, responding quickly to any requests and providing useful information. She even facilitated an unexpected late check-in without any issues.The villa is perfect for a family of four (two adults and two children). We also had our young Cocker Spaniel with us. The view from the patio and the pool is perfect. The location in terms of walking to restaurants and even into Cortona itself is ideal - there is a hill to climb on the way back or you can park your car at the bottom of the hill by the tennis club and walk 10 minutes along a flat, shaded walkway into the centre of Cortona. A large supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. Great wifi for live streaming or working. We were there in a heatwave, so it was extremely hot - too hot to even walk bare-foot from the villa to the pool! We could not properly explore the wider area because of our dog (it would have been cruel to take him out in that heat), but there are several nice places to visit within easy driving distance, and we did manage some short evening trips to different places. It was no real hardship with such a great pool on the property, though! Early morning and late evening walks with our dog were fine, with a few good choices for routes. The garden is not fully secured, so we couldn’t let our dog roam free outside - with wildlife in the area, his hunter instinct would have seen him gone!All being said, we would definitely return to Villa Rosa!"

"The property is tucked away close to UGA Cortona and we were visiting a student. It was clean and quiet. The town of Cortona is tranquil great restaurants and small shops. We enjoyed the sites. It was nice to have 2 beds and 2 baths. It is hilly in Cortona so be prepared to go up and down a lot!!"

"Our family of three had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The location was excellent, just a ten minute walk uphill into the center of charming Cortona, with lots of great restaurants and shops. There are beautiful views from the home over the valley below and of the nearby church. We loved the pool and eating at the outdoor covered patio. The inside was cozy and rustic, and we slept comfortably with the bedroom A/C units. The property owner, Teresa, was very friendly and welcoming and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. She greeted us upon our arrival and gave us our keys, and also met us at the gate to say goodbye at the end of our stay. She and her husband stayed in a small cottage on the far side of the property that we couldn’t even see, and not upstairs in their usual home like I expected, so it felt like we had the place all to ourselves and it was very private and quiet. They have a sweet cat named Cherie who roams the property and we got to pet a couple times. Everything was fabulous, and my only complaint was one that likely can’t be helped, and that’s mosquitos, likely due to recent rains followed by hot temps. Make sure to bring bug spray and cover yourself in it each day and you should be fine. We would love to come back someday! Grazie to Teresa for a fabulous vacation!"
