We absolutely loved our stay, it was such a beautiful property, so quiet , relaxing, clean. I the food was amazing! The saunas were fabulous with a beautiful view. The kids loved it there and didn’t want to leave. I was so impressed with everything about this property, we definitely want to go back again and stay for longer!

Despite our updated European GPS, it was really painful trying to find the place, it is in Aquaviva, not in the city of Montepulciano but 20 minutes away. If you are looking for "Via Grazianelle" or "Relais Villa Grazianella", you won't find it. It is part of a complex called Fattoria Del Cerro. Look for that or ask for that instead if you get lost. No signs anywhere, so head for Aquaviva and look for the ICM gas station, and make a right at the gas station, continue up the hill and you'll find...

This property is a gem located in a beautiful location where at sunset you can see spectacular views of Montepulciano. The room was spacious and clean with updated bathrooms and the salt pool refreshing and relaxing. The staff for our breakfast and lunch were so kind, warm and helpful that it made our trip here very special. Recommendations for dinner and wine tastings was also spot on! Definitely come here!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and washrooms, the best food we have had so far in Italy (which surprised us because let’s be honest, it’s Italy), best friendliest staff, serene and cozy atmosphere, distance to towns is convenient. Great location, very welcoming hosts. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed was comfortable and everything was great. One thing to mention is the shower that was very small, which was expected, but it had a shower curtain that stuck to you when showering. I couldn’t wash my hair - I had no room.
