"This cozy cottage in the countryside has amazing views. It is a great place to stay while touring Montepulciano and surrounding area. We had a nice relaxing time. The owner is very accommodating and answered our texts and questions promptly."
"Il Tosco is a quiet, clean and charming place to stay while traveling in Tuscany. The common rooms are cozy and the elegant breakfasts are the best we encountered in Italy. This is a wonderful place to stay with a local quality. Well worth the higher cost.

"The property was close to Montipuciano, but remote as a farm house. Had a great pool and great walks around the area. The property did not serve food at all. Would loved to have breakfast or a dinner."
"We are traveling on a 9 month trip and this is the best place we have stayed yet. The host family is delightful, the room and property are impeccable and breakfast was delicious. We were thrilled with the Il Rondo."
"This family owned hotel is a diamond find. The hospitality and guest services are exceptional and genuine. Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel."
"Excellent hotel. Conveniently located. Amazing owner Roberto. He drove us to our car from hotel. Victoria and Roberto were amazing. Gave all the directions. Great breakfast. Thank you "
"Bolzano was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. A short walk to the tram one way and an easy walk to old town area the other. Parking across the street and an exceptional breakfast."
"The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. I know some people will complain that it is on the third floor and there is no lift, but frankly if this is an issue...

A Charming B&B in Montepulciano
"The room was absolutely charming and roomy with stunning views. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator so we got our exercise! It’s in the historic City center and the location was wonderful. We could walk to everything and the medieval town is just lovely and filled with interesting sites, views, wine cellars, and nice restaurants. There was no air conditioning and it was a bit stuffy at night, but we opened the windows for fresh air. The breakfast (included) was excellent. If you arrive by bus, make sure you have transportation lined up at the bus station in advance or have the ability to call a taxi. There is a tunnel with an elevator up to town nearby, but none of that is obvious and it may be difficult with luggage. Also, taxis are very expensive in Montepulciano. Be sure to confirm the price with the driver up front and be sure to have some cash. Valentina greeted us and helped us with some logistics. She was very friendly and helpful, but the reception area is not always staffed so be sure to get check-in instructions in advance. If you don’t mind climbing stairs I highly recommend Palazzo Mosela Alla Porta!"

"The property reminded me of the movies I’ve seen about Tuscany. The property is a working farm producing olive oil and incredible wine. The breakfast was delicious and dinners sensational. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ve traveled a lot and this was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The host went out of his way to help us when we had car issues, I can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was!"
