"What a fabulous stay!A beautiful traditional Italian house with a lovely courtyard garden. The house is full of interesting traditional furniture, lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. All good sized bedrooms - with amazing views from one in particular.Two bathrooms - the larger one being on the ground floor (and very pink!) We stayed early June and the courtyard garden’s roses were in full bloom. Perfect for breakfast and an aperitif- also a sun trap in the afternoon.Located in a quiet street 10 minute walk from all the action in town. Also Perfectly located to walk to the top of the town and fort.Some reviews mention the hills - it is and Italian hill town so not a surprise!Tip; We used Taxi Cortona to collect us from the airport so they could drive within the city and drop us a few metres from the door - rather than lugging cases up the hills (yep it is hilly)Cortona is a fabulous place and we would recommend staying in this lovely house.We shall return."

"Great , big room , recently renovated facilities (bathroom, shower). Very peaceful place to stay. Nice view inner courtyard convent. Comfy bed. Very clean. Very quiet. Great location, closer to restaurants and museums, churches. Staff very pleasant and helpful with advices. Breakfast provided was good. Good coffee and juice, yogurt."

"Cortona was ideal for us, limited tour groups, relatively quiet and central for touring, everything within 1 hour (1.5 hour to Florence). Il Roseto very comfortable beds, excellent garden/patio, cosy kitchen and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. You have to learn the Cortona/Italian way to park but is manageable. We stayed a month, excellent time and agents very helpful"

"We had a wonderful stay!! Pier Luigi was fantastic. He helped us out at the last minute with a booking error (not his) and he was always there when needed. His home is beautiful, has everything you would need, even for a long stay. And only a few steps up. The apartment was close to everything and on the main flat level of Cortona. Pier Luigi is a super host and we would love to stay there again next time in Cortona. "

"We selected this property based on location first, then because it had the room we needed as our adult daughter stayed with us. Property was as listed/expected and worked out great for our 10 night stay. There is a single bathroom, which is as listed. For a larger family that may or may not work for your situation. Working with Together in Tuscany was easy - great communication."
