« Conveniently located. Clean. Well equipped and surprisingly quiet despite being near I-26. Super cute. The property manger is very responsive especially if anything comes up. While this property isn’t quite as nice as one of their other ones I stayed in during a past visit, it is definitely above average for the price. « We really enjoyed staying in this property. It was easy to find, and the house/property is beautiful. The property owners were very nice and made themselves available to us if we needed them. I imagine that this would be a great place to stay on an App State home football weekend. 10/10! »

« Beautiful place with beautiful scenery. Everything was tidy on arrival. Loved how close we were to everything. The staff were great and helpful. Enjoyed the cute little touches. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Two small things were the faucets in the bathroom were hard for the kids to turn off and some maintenance on the building on our last day surprised us with men on the outside of the balcony 😅 »

« This is a perfect getaway location. We enjoyed the privacy and the location is near Boone, Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain. Quiet & apartment is perfect. Kitchen had premier cooking utensils, pans, and I loved the extra care with coffee or tea and dishes. Excellent one room for a couple. Walking up to the garden house called Mole Hill is an extra perk. We loved Badger’s Den and the theme from Wind in the Willows! »

« Stayed for one night to explore Johnson City. Great communication before and during our stay. We asked that fragrence be removed. They were happy to accommodate which we sincerely appreciated! « This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was well decorated and just plain cozy. We were in town to watch a nephew play with the Johnson City Doughboys and it turned out this place was only about 5 min from the stadium! Added unforeseen benefit! We were able to bring our dog as well. We were able to get around Johnson City and the surrounding area easily. And there is an adorable front porch to relax on. »

« We had a quick one-night stay at this lovely downtown apartment loft. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! « Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient. »
