Check in was a nightmare. No one seemed to have my reservstion. Took an hour to check-in, had to call the off site manager. On-site manager was asleep so we didn't get into the hotel for 30 mins. Guard at the front gate tried but took a while for him to answer. Other than that everything was ok. Room was nice, although had to change rooms mid week because they put us in a double bed then the long weekend came and they wanted the room and downgraded us to a smaller single bed room.

small hostel, average stay with low quality food
Not my fav place to stay but a good price for a decent quality. No facilities at all, serious and non-chatty staff, poor breakfast (hostel style), noisy neighbourhood due to construction behind, ugly area (never walked around please). I never write neg comments, but it wasn't a nice one.

Nice hotel, excellent customer service.
It was a great experience. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again if I need. Close to the beach. It just need a little maintenance, but still a cute nice hotel.

Mi estadía fue de dos noches. En general el servicio fue bueno. Sin embargo, la segunda noche llegué a dormir y la cama no la habían arreglado por alguna equivocación de la persona que se encarga del aseo. Aunque se disculparon considero que es un aspecto por mejorar.
