"We were a family (Grandparents, grown kids, little kids) in town for a wedding and this spot was perfect. Location: Great! Easy to get to Carpenteria restaurants as well as Santa Barbara. If you are attending a wedding or event at the Rincon Beach Club, this is literally 4 mins away. We had our dogs with us and the walk around the surrounding streets was very pleasant. Beds: Super comfortable! Kitchen: Great for a group. Parking: Very easy, there was one spot in the driveway and then room...

"I stayed 5 days at Tropical Shores and it was relaxing and restful. My apartment, #12, was beautifully decorated and just tranquil. Tropical Shores is just steps from the beach; it's just the perfect place to come to be close to the beach and still have quiet."

"My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return."

"The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean."

Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds great bathrooms fantastic kitchen and family room and the deck looking at the ocean is a show stopper we rented a car to explore the area but ended up never leaving the home except to Albertsons! All the amenities are as advertised. Will be back!"

"My daughter and I stayed over a holiday weekend for her graduation from Pacifica. The house is super well located for walking to the beach and town. Large garage and great backyard. Pet friendly which was a god send as the pet sitter backed out. Ample kitchen and dining area well equipped. Cute lower level bathroom and study/sleep area. 2nd floor large cathedral ceiling living dining area and 2 large king bedrooms. Mine had a walk in closet with cot that we could have used for another person....

"The communication with VRBO was so awful that awful would say it’s awful. NEVER received a confirmation NEVER received ANYTHING”.” Based on my experience with VRBO I wouldn’t let VRBO manage a pay toilet!!!!! I was EXTREMELY grateful that the owner of the property got involved even they said VRBO was worthless. Finally got a phone call from “someone” not sure what country couldn’t understand a single word what that person said…..saved it as a joke if anyone wants a laugh I’ll forward it...
