"Beautiful and calm"

"Everything was going well evening meal was lovely in the restaurant and really are only negative feedback came the following morning at breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee was undrinkable and the scrambled eggs were inedible, which was disappointing. Following breakfast, we decided to go for a swim before checking out, only to be advised that swimming lessons were taking place between 9:30am and 1:00pm and that we would therefore not be able to access the pool area. To the best of my knowledge, this restriction was not made clear during the booking process or upon check-in. This was particularly disappointing as my son had been very much looking forward to swimming that morning and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. Otherwise all good"

"Was a great place to stay to travel to Wembley stadium (a walk and a tube away - going in the opposite direction to all the crowds!) We stayed on a very very hot weekend and the apartment was in the sun. They had tried to cool things down with various fans, but was still really warm. Otherwise, was really a great place, really clean and tidy. Can use the restaurant/bar in the holiday inn which is attached. And parking was also available and really reason priced for an overnight stay. Better than we were expecting! Superb."

"Great sized room with modern decor and lovely small touches linking it to the location next to the studios - excellent staff, downside was the fan that was provided in the room, didn’t really work effectively but it was a heatwave and even though the hotel decor is modern the building is quite old. Breakfast also had a great selection and it’s a great place to stay that’s quiet but easy to get into central."

"Third visit to this hotel and once again I am pleased to say that all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities in the bar and restaurant were very good. The room and facilities were good too, however more attention needs to be undertaken regarding upgrading and ensuring everything works. For example the hairdryer and one bedside light didn’t work. Also no plug in the bathroom sink. All in all - a comfortable stay for the price."
