« We really liked the property and location. I had never been in this area of DC and it is very charming. We used Uber a lot simply because it was so hot our time here. Walking would be fine for us given a heatwave break. We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts right here which saved a lot of money. The bed is comfortable and the AC was good, thankfully! »

« We had a wonderful time in DC during the 250th anniversary of the USA. The basement apartment was very clean except for the countertop ice maker, which was a fantastic not advertised addition. Thank you!! The AC was on when we got there and didn't need to turn the window units except for a couple times during all of our stay even though there was a terrible heat wave that week. The bed is very high and comfy, and sofa bed is also very comfy according to my adult son. The apartment is dated and...

« Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt! »
