We did have some issues but he was immediate in his responsiveness and made every effort to fix the issue as well as anticipate potential issues. He was also very open to any suggestions in had based on my experience as the renter.The location is great! We loved walking through the neighborhood! We could get to the Capitol in under 20 min, to the eastern market station as well as the red line station all under 20 min. So many options! My kids never complained about the walk from the metro (there are bus routes that we could have jumped on, but it was never needed!)Having a washer / dryer is always a plus for me and the space itself housed 5 of us comfortably (everyone loved having their own space!)
