"The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip."

"Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed...

"Our stay was okay but not ideal. Let’s start with some of the pros. Pros:1. Good location - The property is located in Shaw, right next to the Howard theater. It's an easy walk to food, CVS, Whole Foods, restaurants, etc. 2. The view - we stayed on the 7th floor of the apartment.
