We did a 4 night stay on Sal Island and decided to splurge on a hotel. Yes, it was expensive but it really was fantastic. The on property pool is beautiful and has a restaurant right there serving good pizza and other food. There is also another restaurant a short walk away on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was big enough for a family of 3.
