There was some water damage in my room. On the base boards. Located in the bathroom. I had two house keeping ladies. One was horrible. She wasn't helpful, at all". While, the other one balanced out the first. The manager, I would rate him at 3. Very pitiful customer service. $71.00 was supposed to be refunded. Never got it. The kitchen and bar were great. I'll give them a 5 star. Over all this site has a awesome ocean view. At the rooftop.
