"Beautiful property, fantastic location. Incredible sunset views from the deck; we also saw porpoises, lunes and herons. Universally comfy beds (since no reviewers have mentioned them before!!). We had ages from 12 to 73, and we all slept very well. Also, this house is the best stocked stay in our decades of renting homes for family spring breaks: hand soap, bath products, paper towels, toilet tissue, and a great selection of cooking utensils. Quiet, private. Great."

"The houses location to the downtown area and beach were incredible! We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to get back in our car after parking it! The house had everything we could think of and is such a charming place! The fenced yard could not have been better for our doggo and the game barn was perfect for one of the colder days! We will definitely be back!"

"This was our second summer in Cape Charles, and a third one for our friends. The past years we stayed in the town proper, but this time, nothing was available there and we stumbled upon St. Patrick listing. It was a great fit for our group of 12. We had 6 adults and 6 teens/adolescents, ranging from 13 to 20 years of age. The house is huge, the property is gorgeous, and it’s literally stairs to a private beach. "This house captures the spirit of Cape Charles perfectly. It's charming, nicely maintained and modernized, and you can't ask for a better location. Leslie called the day before check-in to make sure we didn't have any questions, and she sent someone right over when my mom had a little trouble figuring out the electronic lock upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay!"
