The mattress was hard and completely worn out. At 6pm the shower had no hot water, the temperature was barely warm and by the emptiness of the parking lot I would say the hotel was not packed and there should have been plenty of hot water. Even the sink in the bathroom did not have hot water the next morning. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and climbing out of the shower to get soap from the sink dispenser was required. Over all is was a very nice place to stay, but the mattress kept us awake until 3am and never did get a restful sleep. There are rats running around all around the building. No one informed us that they will be doing construction and they were hammering and beating on things all night long and all day. Staff was cooking food with curry in it that stunk up the whole hallway the whole time we were there because they left the doors open to their rooms.
