We enjoyed our big balcony and water view. The canopy bed was comfy. Nice location near to good restaurants.

Ladera Resort exceeded every expectation. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the staff made us feel so welcome, and every detail made the stay feel special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Food was ok. Rooms are very basic and need to be upgraded. My room was cleaned but there were no towels in my room. I called the front desk and they sent towels to my room within 10 mins. Beach and pool are great.

Stayed one night after flight was delayed, having been at Sandals in the North. I'd describe the hotel as a bit quirky and rustic (in a good way). The staff were friendly and helpful and the food we had was reasonable. It's really about the environment you are in than the amenities. Our 'cabin' Ginger Lily was spacious, with a comfy bed and A/C. Cleanliness was ok and on a positive note, no mosquito bites at all. There is a large swimming pool and 3 smaller which looked fine to swim in but don't expect bright blue tiled surface. High point for me was the Piton view trail, which although quite a hike was worth the effort given the view from the viewing point. The hotel is also well located for nearby attractions e.g. sulphur springs, drive in volcano, botanic gardens and Hotel Chocolat experience (which we did and was fun). I think the hotel do their own chocolate experience as well. Personally I wouldn't choose to stay a week here, but for a night or two it makes for a change from the norm and does feel a bit like getting back to nature.

Fun and beautiful resort. Great for all ages; adults and families. Something for everyone. Lots of pool options, activies, great food and the most wonderful, friendly staff. The Lazy River is one of the best we've experienced, along with the two big slides and various large pools to enjoy, the expansive resort has many options. Excursions around the island are also worth it! I have to recognize the amazing staff, but not able to leave their names here. You each helped make this trip a special one. We had lots of laughs together and we thank you for the amazing hospitality! Thank you! We'll be back!
