From the moment I arrived, the property felt polished, timeless, and welcoming, with beautiful details throughout and a level of care that shows. The location is excellent. It is centrally located, making it easy to enjoy downtown Milwaukee, restaurants, business meetings, and nearby attractions without feeling removed from the city. The hotel itself also offers great dining options, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. What stood out most was the atmosphere. The Pfister feels refined without being pretentious, historic without feeling outdated, and impressive without trying too hard. The rooms were comfortable, the service was professional, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully managed. I would highly recommend The Pfister to anyone visiting Milwaukee who wants a hotel with character, elegance, great food, and a prime location. It is a memorable property and one I would gladly return to.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!
