The home is very comfortable, well-appointed, great water pressure, very comfy bed, a great view, friendly neighbors…what more could you want? Wagner lake is so pretty and quiet! "We were 3 friends who spent 2 nights at this location. We had a most relaxing and peaceful time. The location is not too far from the GTA and overlooks a beautiful lake.The unit was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. Joan met us when we arrived and took us through everything in the apartment, so we were well informed. The hosts were wonderful. Will definitely recommend to our friends."

"Beautiful property, but the pictures posted.must have been older photos of the home LOTS of maintenance and upkeep needed, not to mention countertops and all furniture surfaces, stove top, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans were dirty and needed to be washed upon arrival. Linens provided were not freshly laundered. Stayed at many rentals through Vrbo and never encountered this. Owner offered nothing but apologies. SO embarrassing as this was the place chosen to host with our closest friends...

"Underwhelming. The cottage did not live up to its description. It was advertised as having 2 king-sized and two queen-sized beds when in fact, there was only one of each. The kitchen was not well equipped or not easily located.There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The refrigerator had expired food in it. Both the refrigerator and the freezer looked like they had not been cleaned before our visit. There wasn't hot water for showering. We could not access the internet/ wifi or the tv....

"This property is very spacious with great views. It was wonderfully quiet and private. We were looking for a weekend of rest and relaxation, and that is what we got. And many photos of the beautiful sunsets. We may come back again with friends!"

"we enjoyed our stay BUT the fan didn't work , the frig;was not empty ,the daybeds [futons ] DID NOT open and my daughter slept on one NOT opened , and my son - in law slept on the other one NOT opened . Will not stay again ."

"I was organizing a quick getaway for a group of 10 friends, and this place was great! Lots of space, plenty of beds, and a gorgeous deck with lawn. It was also close to several golf courses which we took advantage of. Only small downside was we weren’t able to swim from the dock due to algae, but there’s a beach close by so it didn’t ruin our time at all."
