"What a gem of a hotel. Fabulous location. Outstanding personal service. Great coffee machines and refreshments around the clock. Beautiful room. Spacious. Great common areas. Stunning flowers. Two house cats. Can't say enough good things about this hotel"
"Rooms could use an update (leaky toilet, old ac/heating system, etc.) but are otherwise all-maintained, and the staff is terrific. Location is perfect and my room was quiet and cost."
"We arrived early and were allowed to check in early as long as we signed up for their Hotel club. Otherwise they hold your luggage until your room is ready at 3pm. The breakfast is a bit pricey at $19 Euros per person per day. They have several restaurants near by that might be a better option. They also have a supermarket around the corner on the Main Street. Albert Hains is the name. For $9 Euros per day you can use the metro, subway or train. Which is a 5min walk from the hotel. I really...
"What a gem of a place. I was a little sceptical from the street as I imagined it to was going to be outdated and noisey inside but it was anything but.
Climbing the (steep) stairs to receiption we received a warm welcome from the staff who were being supervised by one of the resident cats. We checked in and were offered a drink and for our bags to be stored as we were early.
Returning later, our bags had already been taken to our room on the top floor for us. The room itself had all the...
"Super convenient hotel - walk to the main city area is aboht 20 minutes. Water provided in the room and free breakfast that was great! Our room (209) was pretty tucked away so it was super quiet and ideal. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave our key with the front desk every time we left and when we got back they never checked ID. "
"Great location. Perfect for walking to all areas of the city.
Loved the little cafe/bar. Friendly and helpful cafe staff.
Would definitely recommend to friends."

"Great location. Multiple means of public transportation available within walking distance. Shopping and many good restaurants close by. Nice breakfast and excellent social hour at 4pm were great perks of our stay. Desk staff were all incredibly helpful with a variety of questions from nearby restaurants to how to get to our daily activities. Truly a top notch hotel. "

They do have a small laundry on site but you have to pay $10 euros to use it. There is no housekeeping you can ask for clean towels at the reception desk. We were here three days and three times our keys didn’t work and we had to go to the reception area for new keys or reactivating which is aggravating after a long day. Overall a nice hotel and nice stay in Amsterdam. Many attractions near by."

"We need a place near airport. This hotel works prefect for us, just a few minutes walk to the airport. Room is small but tidy with all smart controls, which is cool. The commonn areas are decorated tastefully. The bar has decent food choices. But airport has plenty of restaurants. "
