Canal Flats Vacation Packages

Really old building and it’s falling apart. The door of my room didn’t close properly unless slamming it shut, which I was sure it woke up a lot of other people in their rooms. Only one door cardkey for 2 of us. The bath tub was dirty. Overall terrible condition. Stay away.

The property is dated but adequate and generally comfortable. However, the entire property would benefit from a significant renovation and modernization. Given the condition and age of the facilities, we felt it was overpriced for what is essentially a dated/off-season ski lodge. There also was no maid service offered for the entire 4 days we were there.

Beautiful summer stay with the views and walks. Communication is smooth and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the underground garage is a nice amenity. The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. My recommendations would be to replace the worn towels, replace the shower curtain (which was a liner) because the bottom is looking stained, and please clean the overhead fan with its thick layer of visible dust. It would be nice if the main tv can be mounted so it can pivot for easier viewing. The tv in the bedroom turned on but was not connected to view any channels. The lamp switch in the bedroom is broken. These updates, along with updated artwork to make it feel more warm and welcoming, would make the unit more desirable for us to return.
