Eagle Ranch Golf Course Tours and Activities

Entire condo smells musty. Furnitures are very old dated. Table is sticky ( washed it many times and remain sticky). Coffee filter not emptied. Stained Hand towels same as bed sheets. Over all not booking there again. Very uncomfortable 5 days stay.

This was a beautiful room and a beautiful resort. The only regret so have is that we only booked 1 night!!

No AC in the room, and there was a very poor-quality stand fan. Honestly, this was the first time I have had such an experience in Canada. There was also no phone in the room. I tried calling the front desk a couple of times from my cell phone, but no one answered, so there was essentially no service available at all. There was a power outage that lasted for a couple of hours. The pool was closed during the outage, but it was not reopened when the power was restored. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel.
