It is also a great family spot, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We spent most of our time out there! Highly recommend if you enjoy being outdoors."

"The lodge was undergoing extensive renovation at the time of our stay. Nevertheless, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Access to a major interstate was very easy. The lodge is surrounded by a several eating establishments and other services. The room were in excellent condition; breakfast was ok, enough to keep you going until lunch."

"We hosted family from accross the US to gather for my Dad's 90th birthday.We had a few questions on arrival and the hosts were very responsive.The house allowed us both to have good sleeping arrangements and a great kitchen equipped with big enough cookware for 16. Seating at the 2 tables allowed us sit and eat together, play games and celebrate this special occasion.The yard was spacious and gave us space outside to sit and visit, What a fantastic view and amazing sunsets all the way down through the valley to San Diego in the distance. Beautiful setting and yet in 35 minutes -1 hour we were at the tourist attractions of San Diego,We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We were glad we payed the extra to keep them warmer as the night time temperatures were cool, but the pool and hot tub were great!!"

"Price was right! The size of the room was expected. The bed was comfy, the WiFi was on a secure network plus free parking and near our final destination. My biggest complaint was not having coffee available.. Last, but not least, bigger towels would have been nice."
