"There is no soap, shampoo and hand soap. When we asked the front desk, they said there are a lot of guests checking in (not sure if they realize that has nothing to do with basic amenities for every bathroom ). They never delivered anything we requested. Definitely not recommending this hotel ( and I might not consider Holiday Inn for my future stay anymore…very disappointed)."

"Only downfall to share is the valet gave us conflicting instructions from the practical text that we received. We were directed to park and bring our bags in via the 3rd floor bridge but did not have a room key in order to enter the hotel to check in. We specifically asked for clarification. Otherwise, we stayed in a loft room which was spacious. Nothing fancy but it did the trick. Bartender was great. Breakfast buffet was pricey for the limited options available. I wish I would have ordered off the menu instead. Definitely clean. Safe choice to stay at!"

"Sheets were stained but clean. Room just felt grimy. Salt water pool was nice. Breakfast was extremely lacking. You would be lucky to get muffins or donuts as they only set like 4 out at a time. Also don't expect getting juice from the machine it doesn't work. The coffee also tasted bad some how. Lastly not that it matters much but their public bathroom was out of order. The shower pressure is awesome though. "

"The refrigerator in the room was incredibly loud. The breakfast was lacking as the coffee was always out and the people preparing the breakfast did not have good hygiene for food preparation practices. Additionally, we had lukewarm water at best in the shower the entire stay When I called attention to it with the staff, they said I’m so sorry about that. I asked if that was all they were going to do, they said yes. We were provided with two washcloths and four towels for four guests. No ice machine available as they were broken. It’s gone downhill a lot!"
