It has amazing staff but i hope to add some more beds to be enough for the people who need them in a room. It’s expect to get five star.

The property was good and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was so-so but I’ve stayed at enough hotels in this range to not expect a really good breakfast. Stick to the basic food and it’s fine.

Spacious room, good hot breakfast, and convenient location for an event our family was attending at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. Also appreciated that the front desk had a toothbrush available when I realized I'd forgotten mine. Only minor complaint is that the fitness center didn't have a treadmill. I was hoping to get a run in during my stay. Otherwise, everything was great and I'd stay here again.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I like that our room did not have a carpeted floor as carpet is pretty much a disgusting germ catcher. Overall, i was very impressed with the entire property and would highly recommend especially considering the reasonable price. The surrounding area is also very nice and safe feeling with lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly too.

The room smelled clean, but needs repaired in spots. Some of the cocking around the tub is coming off, some of the baseboards in the room need repaired. The breakfast was good and hot. The pool was also nice. Liked the window treatment. Not fully a blackout curtain, but better than most. We would stay again. The recommended usage of the stairs since we were on the second floor and at that end of the hallway and the side entrance for parking was great for getting to our room with our stuff and then leaving also. Greatly appreciated that from the guy who checked us in.

Very convenient and great facilities. The location was great, easy to get around the city with ample options for dining and shopping. The staff was very helpful too, helping me print out some documents. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The elevator was down and many were stuck checking in and unable to climb the stairs to their room. The room was clean and comfy. I’m not staying there again with my family.
