« Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

« I will start with great appreciation to Britany and her prompt communication and excellent service. Location is excellent and the place was clean. I had read on past reviews that there were a lot of stairs, which is true, so just know this can be a hike if you have much luggage to carry up. I am new to VRBO so was caught off guard by 10am checkout, but the host was reasonable and accomodating when I was a little late getting out, but they were knocking at 10am to start cleaning. Apartment was clean, and parking was easy at a nearby lot (the host sent instructions on how to find the best price on parking, but we just chose the first lot we came across that was walking distance). The area felt safe. If we come back to this area, I would definitely book this apartment again! »
