Great staff, location, and breakfast. However, it’s a bit loud at night due to thin walls and ideal acoustics in the rooms. Some inconsiderate guests let their room doors go without carefully closing them, resulting in quite a loud boom. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to consider a spring controlled door.

Exceptional staff, exceptional accommodations, exceptional food, Cromlix is the absolute best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. We have stayed at many world-class properties and Cromlix is the pinnacle. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, I only wish our itinerary could have allowed a longer visit. We are looking forward to our next longer visit.

A comfy stay in a wonderful part of the town. The room was simple but couldn’t be better considering the location and the heritage of the building. The breakfast was top-notch and it was appreciated having such a nice pool and sauna.

The breakfast was included and had dinner as well and the food was good. The young girl from Republic of Moldova was cheerful and nice to chat with.

Great cute place to stay. Would recommend for couples. The only meal we had was the dinner and it was fantastic.

Very nice stay at the Duck Bay. Room was small but fine for one night. Evening meal and breakfast were very good, lovely location, I’d go back for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights. This was by far our favourite stay on our 2 week Scotland holiday. This Inn feels so luxurious and is truly top notch. I cannot say enough about the restaurant. My goodness, Michelin level food and service! Truly! The detail put in to our rooms furnishings and decor was gorgeous. And the staff are a level above the rest. Incredible.

Great stay

Really enjoyed this hotel. Spacious and well appointed room with separate ensuite overlooked Loch Earn. Good restaurants and very tasty breakfast.

Lovely inn in a lovely country setting.

Clean comfortable rooms and bed. Large bathroom with nice shower. Plenty of space for luggage which was very nice. Property within a 2 minute walk of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Très belle chambre supérieure avec belle vue. Très confortable. Grand salon agréable et joli pour les clients. Seuls bémols (peu d’importance mais je mentionne quand même): le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et le savon de douche était démesurément parfumé. Sinon le reste était parfait!

Amazing service and beautiful location

Idealic location and had everything we needed. Staff was so attentive and the design is beautiful. The steam room and sauna and got tub were perfect escaping from storm boelo.

The room was excellent. The black out blind a welcome addition. The food at breakfast and dinner was tasty and plentiful and the staff were second to none.

We were pleased to see that we were close (walkable) to an M&S food store and McDonalds. The apartment was well equipped - great washing machine , good oven, microwave and coffee machine. Coffee capsules were provided for machine and there was a small pkt of local fudge and some biscuits. The large TV was easy to use, the couch comfortable and the dishwasher worked well. The bathroom was small but well equipped and the towels lathe and fluffy! I would recommend to any single or couple wanting...
