We stayed for one night to break a journey, very friendly staff food in bar very good. Rooms very dated and furniture old but it was acceptable, very quite location good nights sleep. Windows in the bed room opened lovely and wide so loads of fresh air on a hot night. Wonderful view of the Wallace monument. Did not have breakfast as early start.Loads of parking on site and not charged if you entered your reg at reception.

Great staff, location, and breakfast. However, it’s a bit loud at night due to thin walls and ideal acoustics in the rooms. Some inconsiderate guests let their room doors go without carefully closing them, resulting in quite a loud boom. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to consider a spring controlled door.

Positives access to University facilities. Gym is state of art with helpful polite staff. Good for walking to Wallace Monument. Also Nourish the cafe in the sports building was excellent vfm and friendly service. Good transport links with regular buses Negatives Hotel room whilst clean and serviced everday i found tired. Free wifi was a challenge to access and load on first login. Similarly tv system was dated. The room decor is grim and similarly dated. Room wasnt ready for 3pm on check in appreciate busy. Reception staff could take more time to explain things. In essence it doesnt feel a welcoming hotel more a conference facility with rooms.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and accommodating. The price is well below expected for the area, and in a quiet college campus. The have laundry facilities available for ~3-4GBPs at the nearby student services. Breakfast was included in the already low price. Very highly recommend.

The Stirling Court hotel on the university of Stirling Campus was a quiet location. It was a good restaurant even if some of the staff seem rather brusque because we were late . I had left without my phone to walk round the loch so was unable to call them. I apologies several times but the person didn't hear she had broken record syndrome and just kept saying you should have called if you were going to be late. I almost gave your table away. I noted throughout the meal there were several empty tables so not clear who she was going to give the table to!! Apart from the restaurant incident it was a pleasant stay.
