Drummond Castle Gardens Tours and Activities

Very disappointed with our stay. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The sink took ages to drain. Room far too hot and we couldn’t open a window. Bed badly made. Room wasn’t serviced on 2nd day. Had to ask for fresh towels. Couldn’t sleep until after 2.30am on first night and 1.30am on second because of the noise outside. Staff on reception not interested. Bar staff helpful but didn’t have limes or ICE!!! Breakfast was poor too. Hardly any fresh fruit or yoghurt. The hot food was served on cold plates and the food was not plentiful. Had to ask all the time for basic things like milk! This is not a well cared for hotel and during our stay we saw no one who appeared to be in charge or any signs of management. We were with friends who chose the hotel but I’d strongly advise you take it off your list of recommendations. We were glad to come away.

Great location, clean and very easy check in & out
