« Important to note: we didn't actually end up in this apartment - we stayed in a similar apartment in the same building. Host was very responsive and helpful about the change in plans. I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. While this is likely an unusual experience, it speaks highly of the host's ability to manage their properties. »
