« Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

« Cabin was super cute and comfy we enjoyed staying on site and just relaxing. Very peaceful place and the star gazing was amazing saw so many shooting stars. We bought food and ate at the cabin and just relaxed never even watched TV just enjoyed nature … we will be making this a yearly event to unwind. This place is a must stay !! »

« The house is so cute. Everything is so fun. The front and back porch have million dollar views. The hot tub is perfect. The house has everything you need. The shower is so cool. The loft ladder is a little intense so you need to be somewhat fit to climb up and down. I don’t know how they made this house tilted but so cool. Perfect location to everything. Quiet and secluded. So sad to leave. »

« The cabin was very cute and cozy for a couples getaway. The property was well kept and quiet. The cabin came with everything you could need for a stay. It was close to the lake, food options and groceries. The shower is very tiny, if you are over 5’10” you aren’t fitting very well. I also think that blackout curtains needed to be added to the bedroom to block out the bright lights outside. They are in a timer but don’t go off until late. « Fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. Loved how close it was to the small all surrounding towns. Drove down the street to a hidden gem called Gruene and immediately fell in love with the lively vintage town. Walked up and down its streets and had the best time. We also liked how close it was to the Guadalupe and Comal river »

« We stayed with family friends for the weekend and had a great time. I highly recommend using the mule to drive around the property to see all the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer. The space itself had plenty of room. There is an air mattress available, but if you have more than 6, it’s a good idea to bring another air mattress. It’s far from any convenience stores or grocery stores (which is how we wanted it), but come with everything that you will need in advance. »
