While the hotel is starting to show its age, everything was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The food, whether it be at any of the buffets or ordered through room service, was always exceptional.

This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again.

We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa.
