The new rooms are incredible confortable and clean, staff are amazing and very friendly. Food is very good we stayed in a half board and was enough for the entire day. Concierge section is very professional and dedicated to make the client feel like at home. Fully recommended

Disappointing stay, Not money worthy
I reserved a suite for 3 persons, the AC was bad at night when you needed more most of the times and I think it was turned off for electricity saving. The Resturant service was so bad and staff were not professional. The refrigerator was bad from the beginning and the change it 3 times till it was working good. Overall didn’t enjoy my stay and I don’t think I’m going to repeat it again in this hotel.

I simply liked everything in the hotel except the room! Dated furniture, minibar isn’t working, yellowish towels, small tv, but outside the room you will see an amazing swimming pool, nice lobby, active surroundings, cheap parking.

The staff was good and professional but the rooms are very very dated. The ceiling in our bathroom room leaked heavily on our belongings. They also had a concert/wedding that physically shook our room until 10pm. It was unacceptable to have music this loud and very uncourteous to people trying to sleep who had early morning flights or activities as we did. I would definitely find another location to stay if I come back to Cairo.

For a five star hotel you’d expect full service of amenities, well well well, when we were there the pool was caution taped off and no water was inside the whole time we were there. I understand that you need to maintenance the pool but it shouldn’t take a week to do so, I’m sure it still isn’t fixed. It was such an eye sore and we didn’t get to use the hot tub. And don’t get me started on the WiFi— they charge $9 a day to use it!! As well as the breakfast buffet. At the price we pay these small things should be included But instead they want to nickel and dime you. It’s also a bit far and not walkable to anything. Sweet restaurant staff tho. And the entrance was a vibe.

The room was not what i booked. We spent the first 2 days standing for maintenance..the AC, the landline, the bathroom, and the fridge were out of service. It was until i made a huge issue losing my vacation that we moved to betterroom in terms of location but the AC was not working too..i had to call for cleaning over and over too. This is not Hilton standard at all

1- got money when check in even I booked each room could get 3 people. 2- could not arrange all 5 rooms to be next to each other even I made a request long time before check in. 3- I have a prove to Hilton HQ if they like to show them how this Hotel clean their room and change bedding sets (video clip) but as a respect I will show only to Hilton.

The worst hotel ever
I have been in hotels all over the world and have never seen a hotel so dirty and disgusting as this hotel. It says a 4 star hotel while I can confirm that this is can’t be considered as a motel even from the very old furniture to flies and tics every where even a dead fly inside the picture frame with dirty bathroom and after all this was in a suit as they clam

Fantastic hotel
My stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf was fantastic. Room was clean, comfortable and modern, with brilliant air conditioning. Breakfast was great and the restaurants/bar served a good variety of food for reasonable prices. Hotel had a really nice pool and decent gym. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff, very helpful. Golf course was easy to get Tee times. Breakfast was heart and tasty, comfortable bar area and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. Rooms comfortable clean and quiet!

It was a short stay with such a disappointing experience - surprised how the chain named “Hilton” can have it. Check in was long and late (not at 3 pm as announced) - reception informed that the hotel is overbooked and no rooms. Someone called me from reservation to ask if we arrived already, I told him all the things happened in the reception, but no help. They promised us a quiet and clean room. As a result we faced room with broken handle to the terrace, construction works and scaffolding front of the windows; spots on the sofa, dust everywhere (look like even from previous guests). Being whole evening away for the meeting, we hoped to come and relax. But the extra bed for the child which was promised on check in - was not delivered. They brought it after reminder nearly 11 pm. We asked for water - and did not receive it. Like the word “service” doesn’t exist here. On the first day we received email asking “How was your check in experience”, all disaster was described in details. But the apology answer from the hotel came only after check out when we were on the way to home. This is first time when I really regret about our choice of the hotel.

This hotel was my favourite,but covid19 made a mark on it duevto not so many turist flow and income. Cleanlines of room quite bad,bar quite overprized,breakfast was fine but cleanliness of plates and glasses can be discussible.Most dissapointing was that room was so cold,heating does not work but cooling all night instead..Staff not so friendly all compare to Hilton Heliopolis where all is oposite.Nex time i choose Heliopolis Hilton eventhough needvto use Uber for a longer way...

First night they put me in very deserted room, alone in very big building, the next day when i told them i wanted to check out, they apologized about the terrible situation, they moved me to another building where all the guests where staying, i don't recommend this hotel for any one.

Where to start??? We had asked for transportation from the airport and confirmed we had transport, but when we landed - no transportation. My husband called to ask about it and he was told plenty of taxis at airport and the gentleman hung up. We finally get to the hotel and checked in at 1:00AM. Bed was okay a little hard. There was no comfortable chairs to sit in just a hard desk chair - picture showed a sitting area, but there wasn’t. Balcony was listed, but there was no balcony. Showed a show, but they had a tub that was too tall for me to comfortably climb in and out of as I’m only 5 feet. Breakfast was good for the first day, but had the exact same food next morning. When I went to front desk to let them know I was truly disappointed in the room and for a five star I wasn’t expecting what I received. A nice man by the name of Osama at the front desk changed our to a lovely suite with s nice sitting area and two balconies. The ladies in the Executive lounge were quite nice and helpful, but the restrooms need a good cleaning as the sink had an inch of slimy crude around the drain. The restroom by lobby left a lot to be desired - seats not clean and couldn’t use the toilet and toilets ready to overflow. Husband had s massage at spa and he said it was good. Overall the lobby and the outside were 5 stars, but that’s where the 5 stars ended.

They stole my suit. everyone there is waiting for tips and pushing for it. Rooms are not clean at all. No WiFi! The worst hotel and staff period!!!!

The hotel staff was very good. Location near the Pyramids excellent. Nice golf views. Great breakfast buffet. Needs some upgrades. Executive Lounge service kind of rude.

Excellent service. Breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. The staff is incredible, helpful and friendly. The suites are comfortable, and the pool is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's wonderful staff.
