"Wasn’t sure what to expect. Thought it was a hotel but it’s actually a condo property that rents out individual units. The unit was very clean and the staff were all super nice. The quality of the furnishings and linens is pretty cheap. Missing things you’d normally find in a hotel like having coffee available to make in the rooms. We were in Mashpee for a non vacation reason and so this was perfectly fine for our needs. "

"The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking in pots, pans, and utensils. Basement stove worked but there were no lights showing that it was even turned on. No pots, pans, or utensils in basement kitchen. Home is advertised as sleeping 16. The kitchen only seats 6 w/2 extra chairs that can be squeezed in. One of the basement bedrooms is a safety hazard. The only window is 6 feet off the floor and too small to climb out of in an emergency. Cleanliness was suspect. We found the last guest’s panties behind one of the bedroom doors. The gas grills have the bottom completely rusted out! Deck steeps are loose (stumbling hazard). Baseboard radiator covers are rusted. Noisy dehumidifier sits on basement kitchen counter. Why not have one professionally installed instead of having it on the kitchen counter? No trash pickup for our week stay. Primary bedroom, on main level, was also missing a set of blinds allowing anyone on the front porch to easily see inside. The list goes on and on. So much more, but I hit the max."

"Shawn was great at communicating, answering all questions/concerns quickly. WeMy husband and I have rented many homes on Cape Cod while visiting family and honestly this was a top favorite! A very kind host and the house is set-up perfect for families. We absolutely loved it."

"As you already know, I was met with unusual circumstances of the home, not being ready. It was damp and cold as the day was a chilly fall day, and it didn’t look like what I had rented. The heat issue still existed when I came in the next day. The heat would’ve been a nice touch to give a welcoming sense of. I’m glad you’re here. There were so many amenities wonderful for an active family as we were attending a wedding we were responding to an external schedule Until we could relax and enjoy the beautiful location."

"Walk to Main St Osterville Village Gem with Patio" was an AMAZING rental property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with its prime location in the heart of Osterville village. The ability to walk to Main Street, shops, and restaurants was a huge convenience. The property itself was comfortable, extremely clean, well-equipped, and had a charming coastal feel. The patio was a fantastic space for relaxation, and the FULLY equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. Free parking was also a plus. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Cape Cod. If this "GEM" is available when you are searching for accommodations, ACT QUICK AND BOOK. You will not be disappointed!"

"Overall a really great stay. Old, but charming house. If you’re looking for a really quiet stay, this is perfect. Unfortunately there are some minor upkeep issues- smoke alarms go off with the smallest bit of cooking, slightly clogged drains and tv’s aren’t in good position. "

"The property is lovely and in a wonderful area. I was concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it was totally fine, especially with the A/C on. The upstairs bedroom has a quirky bathroom, with the sink in the hallway and the shower inside the bedroom, but otherwise, all fine. The code lock with a 10digit combination was a big pain for everyone, as the door locks automatically when you close it and then you have to look up the 10digit combo every time. "
