Lodges in Caddo Parish

Most amazing people and place! We will book again when we are back in the Shreveport area next.

Breakfast host was amazing. Wish breakfast went 7-10 instead of 6-9. Great exercise room.

Seemed to be a safe location situated rught beside a police station. Room was clean, bed was comfy, morning staff was friendly... a good place for a quick drive through stop

I had an amazing time!! Every single employee I encountered from check-in to check-out was wonderful and made me feel safe, as a solo female traveller. Big mention for the lady working the night shift at front desk during my stay, very nice and helpful! I’ll definitely come back for a stay next time I come to Shreveport.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Shreveport. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, and the spa services are wonderful. I got a pedicure and gentlemans facial while here. Just across the river from the mall and Bass pro shop and walking distance to several good restaurants.

Thanks But the shampoo was empty.

The staff is absolutely fabulous. Very clean inside. I love the Keurig coffee machine in the room. It is a very quiet area. It is very close to Shopping Mall and LSUS, but you need a car. Well you always need a car while visiting Shreveport LA.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was clean and very well kept. I was extremely happy with my choice in hotels and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Wi-Fi did not work with Ipad

Had a great time from the moment I initially contacted front desk, they promptly sent over the shuttle, room was ready and they also offered to drop me at a few lines cations for a minimum fee.

Great location on Red River. Gave us options to accommodate any needs. Excellent food. Safe, secure, comfort- Bally’s has it all.
