"Very clean and always available I would recommend anybody for a good stay.."

"We really enjoyed staying here while visiting family. The guest contact/owner was very friendly and responsive to questions. The house was clean and very well stocked. Easy to find our way around using Google maps. We would stay definitely here again."

"The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable."

"The host was very attentive answered text and phone call. Close to RIT for attending a graduation ceremony. Very clean, stairs are very steep for mobility impaired. Bathroom is on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs."

"If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...
