« While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. « The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness. »

« My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served. I get what I pay for not staying there again. »
