I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control.
However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars.
If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back.

Need some relaxation? This is the place. Nice comfortable rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. The pool and beach settings were beautiful. Other services are available like spa and tours. The front desk folks are eager to help. Loved this place!
