« We were overly pleased with our anniversary stay in the studio. We decided to go with a Vrbo instead of your typical hotel room.Everything is as described in the add. Check in was easy and simple. Studio was clean and fully functional with all the features.Very safe area of DC…wasn’t concerned at anytime. Was able to park directly in front of the studio. We either walked or took an uber.We had an amazing time! Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC. »

« This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

« Eric was very kind to let us check in a little early when we arrived sooner than we had expected. Was very quick to respond and had some very good information for us on things to do, etc. Location is fantastic. Super close to the metro and some good dining close by. We always felt safe, even at night. WiFi was a little spotty, made streaming a movie a little difficult with the buffering. King size bed is a plus, but the space is a little tight for it. « Pros: Great neighborhood, cute older building, comfy bed, good wifi, coffee provided. Cons: old radiator system knocked/clanged on one of two nights in the middle of the night. Very loud and went on for awhile. No elevator if that’s something you need. Other than that, nice place. Very charming! »

« Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again. »

« Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. The location is convenient to the metro and...
