Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. « Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

« Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost. »
